The staff were friendly, breakfast poor , cleanliness ok . But served our purpose but also very busy time with all the sporting events going on . They were booked. Arrived to no towels and condiments in room . Coffee situation was poor. For the amount that is charged poor but okay for the purpose.

Our stay was so great, that we booked it another night. We never had a failed trip at Turning Stone.
Our itinerary when we come is chill by the pool, play at the casino and just chill, and we get to do that. We come from Kahnawake QC, Canada to visit. We book every year when Syracuse Nationals come up in July!
